Q: Are your back/cover products cases?
A: My products are not cases, they are premium leather skins that cover one side of your device.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Each product is handmade to order - ALL SALES FINAL.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?
A: Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: My product isn't sticking to my device, what can I do?
A: The adhesive I use is made by 3M specifically for our products and only loses it's stick if the back of your device was dirty when you applied it, or if the adhesive gets dirty. I offer replacement adhesive on the respective product page.

Q: How is my product shipped? 
A: Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service
A: Express International orders are shipped via DHL.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: FREE domestic shipping - 2-7 business days*
A: 2-3 day domestic shipping - $7
A: Express domestic shipping - $25
A: International shipping - $5 - FREE for orders over $100 - 10-14 business days**
A: Express international shipping - $50 - 2-5 business days

Q: When will my order ship? 
A: Each product is hand made to order, they usually ship in 2-4 business days and you will receive an email with tracking info when you order is shipped

Q: What kind of leather do you use and is it real?
A: All of our leather is real, we only use genuine premium cow, calf, crocodile, ostrich, pony hair, python, stingray, etc.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All products are designed and produced in New York City.
